The Main Walkway

Renni saw Xavier smile after he brushed his hair back and he to smiled. At least he wasn't mad at him. He sat back down on the bench and motioned for Xavier to come and sit down by him. He normally wasn't so open about telling people this personal stuff but there was something about Xavier that made Renni trust him. Probably a little more than he should. He laid his arm across the back of the bench and leaned back giving Xavier an inviting smile.

Xavier raised an eyebrow slightly but joined him on the bench. It seemed when Sovera turned into Renni her personality change as well. 'So it is like they were two separate people yet the same person... strange....' He thought to himself. He wondered if she was born a shapeshifter or if it was the side effect of something. Like how he himself was born mostly an elf but was then changed more vampire.

Renni gave a gentle smile and looked up at the sky. He wondered what it was that Xavier was thinking about as it seemed he was lost deep in thought. His arm slid from the top of the bench to around Xavier's shoulders. He hoped he wouldn't make him mad by doing this.

Feeling the arm around his shoulders brought him out of his thoughts. He looked over at Renni and raised an eyebrow questioningly. He wasn't mad just a bit confused. To him it wasn't a big deal seeing at how touchy the vampire culture was for whatever reason.

Renni saw the questioning look and shrugged. "You're sexy. And when I shift my personality shifts a bit as well. It normally just makes me more flirtacious and protective." He said the side of his mouth quirking up in a smirk.

He chuckled. "Well thank you then... you arent bad looking yourself as male or female." He smirked and pulled the ribbon out of his hair for a moment because it was getting loose. He ran a hand through his hair to comb it back out of his face.

Renni grinned and chuckled. He watched as Xavier took hiss hair down. He reached over and brushed some of his hair back smiling at Xavier while doing so. His face was a bit flushed due to his flirting with Xavier.

Xavier pulled his hair back and tied the little ribbon around it. He then looked over at Renni and chuckled at the slight redness to his cheeks. "you are quite cute petite loup..." He lapsed into his usual use of french and his voice slightly took on a french accent. He didn't know why his voice did that whenever he spoke in another language.

Renni's face then turned bright red and he hid his face in Xavier's shoulder. He understood little bits of French and he knew what it was that Xavier had said to him.

He chuckled and took Renni's arm off his shoulder. He then put his own arm around Renni. He had to say that this little shifter was quite cute and had caught his attention for the time being.

Renni's face was so red now. He let his arms rest in his lap as Xavier put his arm around him. He normally wasn't this lovey dovey but for some reason today with Xavier he was. He left his face burried against Xavier's neck and shoulder.

Xavier could almost feel the heat on his shoulder from Renni's blush. He chuckled again and rubbed Renni's arm slightly. He had no clue why he was doing this. He wasn't exactly an antisocial person but he usually tries to avoid most encounters if he could.

Renni moved his head and looked up at Xavier smiling shyly. It had been quite done time since he was this cuddly with anyone other than animals. Renni sat there while Xavier rubbed his arm a bit.

The artificial sun of the ship started to fade. As it got darker Xavier's eyes slowly started to glow a soft blue color and a small swirling pattern started to show on his skin. The panels that made up the sky opened and the light of a full moon came through. Xavier drew in a deep breath and the pattern let off a soft white glow. He slipped the ribbon out of his hair and allowed it to pool over his shoulders.

Renni watched as Xavier's eyes glowed and as his skin did too and smiled. The swirls on Xavier's skin were intriguing and Renni reached over and gently traced them. He watched as Xavier let his hair down. The other man really was something. Still sitting with Xavier's arm around his shoulder Renni shifted back to his normal form as Vera. The first thing to change was her physical form. She was female one again. Her hair lengthened and the red streak changed back to blue. Her red t shirt changed back to a blue tank top and she shrunk back down a few inches to her original height. She scooted a little bit closer to Xavier so that she could lay her head on his shoulder. After she shifted back she continued to gently trace the patterns on his skin.

He looked down to see she had turned back to female. He tightened his grip slightly to make up for her now smaller form. He smiled down at her as she traced the strange swirls on his skin. Now that he thought about it she was a very small and fragile looking creature but he could feel that she was strong and could handle herself.

Vera smiled up at him and continued to trace the pattern. "Are these from your elvish side of the family?" She asked still looking up at him. She watched the way that the moonlight fell on his skin and on his hair. She also wondered to herself what it was that he was thinking about. Her mind began to wander to thoughts of her past and her sister. She began to hum quietly.

He looked over at her. "Yes. My mother was a mystic and ruler so it was said she was chosen by the sun god. As her son I was chosen by the moon goddess. She protects me even now that I am no longer pure." He sat for a moment and though about that truth. No matter what happened to him or how alone he was, he always took comfort in the moon. Much like a child would in a mother. At times he could even swear he could hear a soft voice whispering to him or singing a soft lullaby.

Sovera watched him with a smile. "I've always loved the moon. I like the sun but the moon is always so calming and comforting to see at night." She said with a smile. She continued to trace the patterns on his skin tracing them up the side of his neck to his face and resting her hand against his face. She was surprised when she noticed that his face was quite soft. It was soft like rose petals or silk. She laid her head very gently against his shoulder looking up at the moon again and humming a little bit.

He smiles down at her. She was quite beautiful, both as male and female. He slips his fingers through her black hair gently and twirls the ends between his fingers. He debates with himself for a moment and decides to take a chance. He leans down and presses a gentle kiss to her forehead.

Sovera smiles up at him and giggles a bit as he plays with her hair. When Xavier kissed her forehead she turned bright red but didn't pull away. When he moved away she stretched her head up just a little bit and placed a gentle kiss on his cheek. She smiled but her face was bright red.

Xavier chuckled slightly as he saw the small blush on her cheeks. He smiled brightly as she kissed his cheek and a bit of pink dusted itself across his own cheeks. Again he questioned himself why he was being cuddly with this shapeshifter. It was a very rare thing for him to show actual affection and not just teasing touches and remarks. He was in awe of his own behavior in reaction to the kindness of the girl next to him.

Sovera giggled and nuzzled her face into the crook of Xavier's neck. Her face was bright red and warm from getting flustered. She was curious as to why hey were both being as cuddly as they were. This was quite unusual for her and it seemed even more unusual for Xavier. She snuggled closer to him enjoying the warmth from his body and the soft glow from his skin. Sovera pressed a light kiss to the boys neck just above his collar bone and nuzzled his neck once again.

Xavier chuckled and ran his fingers through her hair. He let out a small yawn and continued to gaze at the moon. Before he knew it he started to hum. It was an old song from when he was little and lived with his mother. His finger tip left little swirls of blue light in Sovera's hair as he brushed his hand through the loose stands.

Vera gave a gentle yawn and smiled tenderly up at Xavier. When he started to hum she smiled a little brighter and laid her head on his shoulder. The sensation of him running his fingers throug her hair made her completely relaxed as she leaned against him. She lifted an arm and began tracing the patterns that swirled over his skin. She traced them over and over again as he hummed what sounded like a beautiful melody. "Where did you learn that beautiful song?" She asked sleepily. You could hear it in her voice how tired she was but she didnt want this day to end, not yet at least. She was very content being wrapped in Xavier's arms while he played with her hair and hummed.
